I usually don't leave comments but this is the worst motel chain in broward. Customer service is Disgusting they are disrespectful and sell rooms based on skin color eg only white old men and women are allowed to stay there. People that don't mind contributing to the pro discrimination agenda they have going on there. The good comments on here is more than likely the employees themselves.
UPDATE: It took them over a year to address my issue, that should tell you how "attentive" this supposed hotel is. I warned you all, now you know! And a note to the responder. I dont take delight in tarnishing one's reputation, but I will make it known when an owner tries to solicit when only trying to get a room. Shame on you Richard.
Very clean comfortable. Nice staff. Not open for coffee in the morning. Need coffee maker in room. Very spacious rooms.
Wow awesome place ! I want to say thank you to Maria the manager for helping us during our stay after Irma she accommodated us with our needs house keeping was amazing also with cleanliness an fresh towels. Me an my wife search high an low some places were over priced an dirty the Richards had the best weekly rate in town an also are maintained to the t!! The property is clean an the pets for show on property make you feel at home..
I called in after a long day at work, asked them if they would accept a coupon rate and also if they were pet friendly. The person on the phone was polite and had told me yes (as long as the coupon did not expire) to both questions I had asked. I was over 30 miles away from this location and drove to this location where there was no one present at the front desk. I picked up the phone/ intercom and a rude associate passed me on to the next location down the block. I get to the next location only to have them question the coupon (despite them saying they would honor it if it wasn't expired), and the associate who I had spoken with on the phone was the same individual who I spoke with at the front desk. He was willing to make it happen, but then all of the sudden, "Richard" calls him, telling him he would do it as long as I gave him a good review. I was all for that, because I always honor what I say. But the associate at the front desk completely forgot the fact that I had my puppy with me as well. Then out of nowhere, "Richard" calls back and tells him he doesn't want my business because I lied to him. That was clearly not the issue as I had informed them ahead of time I had a pet with me. The fact of the matter is that this hotel manager who likes to hide behind a wall and not deal with customers at a personal level is trying to get good reviews out of people in exchange for a stay in his hotel is very unprofessional in my opinion. And to be honest, I heard good things about this place, but once you get there, it is a completely different story. I for one don't recommend anyone going to this hotel. This manager clearly only favors Canadians and treats the locals like garbage. I don't recommend going there, plus the area is really horrible. Never in my life have I ever experienced such unprofessional and rude behavior such as this place. Misleading, false promising establishment. Thanks for wasting my time and my money for my first visit to your "hotel".
