This place is the absolute worst, from my own personal experience. Staff needs training on how to deal with mentally ill individuals, or simply replace the handful that turned this place rotton. Shame on them!
Horrible experience with this place. HUGE disappointment. Not only was the psychiatrist a half hour late for the first morning appointment, she was late because she was gossiping with another psychiatrist in the hallway about a patient who was rude that was backeracted. Have been trying to get preventive care by seeing a psychiatrist since i don't have health insurance and the disrespect and lack of professionalism has turned me away. Tried to file a complaint and the woman was trying to blame me and didn't even ask the name of the psychiatrist stating sometimes they run late. I would understand if there was traffic or an emergency. Sitting in a waiting room for 20 minutes listening to two psychiatrists gossip about a young woman being rude when she was backeracted and then finding out the one woman was my psychiatrist is EXTREMELY disrespectful. Not only does it violate patient/doctor confidentiality because i heard the woman's name, it also shows a lack of concern or professionalism when it comes to a patient's appointment time.
