If you dont wanna feel worse in a sickness day , dealing with all kinds of unprofessional people, starting from What we call a Dr , this place is really a mess in the all word meaning !!!
I've been going to BCFHC since I relocated to South Florida in 2002 and I usually see Dr. Issac or Dr. Adams. Both are really great! They always go the extra mile to make sure that whatever issue I came in for is resolved. I've never experienced any issues with calling in for appointments or getting referrals for my specialist visits, like what others said. I usually go to the West Park location, but I've also been to their other locations 2-3 times over the years. Each location provided the same great service. I love BCFHC and wouldn't trust my medical care needs with anyone else!
Worst services ever. I took my father in law two days ago I they don't even process the prescription. No A/C on the waiting area and receptionist is very rude and unprofessional.
Worse clinic I ever been to. Dr. De Leon is really rude and had an attitude for no reason. Stay away from here! She made me waist two months for my referrals and when I got them....guess wrong referrals, Stay away from here!
My experience was a very bad one. I found that the front desk people are not very proffessional. They gossip more than anything. And very partial toward the latinos. I had waited 55 minutes after my appointment time and yet no one talked to me. Don't wast your time going there.
