This place sucks, don't waste ur time. Brought my bike in for service and got it back the way I bought it in. It sucks that the owner doesn't check in. Karma is real and I love her!!!

Great customer service. Mario patiently took his time to explain the differences between a variety of Trek Mountain bikes, which ultimately led to the purchase of an X-caliber. On a separate store visit, a younger employee (helping out form the Miami location) followed me to the parking lot to make sure I was taken care of. I strongly recommend this store.
