This place is awesome to enjoy the outdoors here in Hollywood!!! 2 mile trail for jogging,biking,skating. They have a fitness zone with 12 stations to work the whole body! Very abundant picnic area's with grilling and shelter area's. This is a very safe and family oriented park. They also have a swim park, camping. So much offered here and will not break the bank!
Great Park! I practice Stage Combat with the Royal Chessmen every Sunday just past the office! Lots of Pokestops & Gyms! Waterpark is nice! Camping in the back, very pretty!
I love to take a bike ride to this park, which is about six miles from my home. I enjoy running around the park. Each lap is about two miles, suitable for walking, jogging or biking. The restrooms are well maintained and the water from the fountain is cold. They have a decent sized grilling/picnic area covered nicely by shade trees.
They do charge an entry fee to enter the park on the weekend, but during the week it is free. That's pretty standard for most parks.
Overall, the park is clean, beautiful and well maintained. I really enjoy exercising here.
I've gone to this park before it was a park. I love walking around the lake, they have a great walking trail that's about two miles long and at the end of the walking trail, or the beginning if you prefer, they have a workout station. So it's great to go just for some exercise to walk or ride your bike. They also have lots of picnic tables and BBQ grills and Pavilions for picnicking. There is a water park here I believe it's only open on the weekends but you can check their hours probably online. They have events here like Camelot days which is coming up next couple of weekends. Entrance is free Monday through Friday, and it cost a dollar fifty or so on the weekends.
Although I haven't personally used their RV/camp grounds, they seem to attract a lot of people. The grounds are always full, even in summer (Remember, this is Florida; hot, sticky and 80+ degrees at night in the summer
Great park with plenty of space for activities. Huge playground for the kids. During the summer there is a water park as well. Just be aware that they charge for vehicles during the weekend.
