Unprofessional customer service over the phone and wanted to charge me dealer prices. Called in to price a key for A 97 Acura with no chip to be made from the trunk key socket. First time ever losing a key and the car was unlocked for the record. The guy l spoke with was being very smug and condescending when I asked questions. The price told was $150! I replied that the dealership was going to charge me that and I then got a response of "you were going to give the dealership$150 so why won't you give it to me"! Shocked, I replied " I'm calling for a better price, but thank you. That's when the guy tried giving me other options and the price went down to $65. After the rudeness I didn't want to do business with the company anymore or hear any options. Bad first impression for this company.
Awesome service I tried other places none with the service of Automative and commercial Key. Great customer service and aside from that super fast service I was in and out in less than 10 minutes for a car key! Great price too! I will only trust this shop with any keys. Thanks!
They did some work at my house and by far the most honest people you can find. It's hard to find good honest people. Anytime I have lock issues these guys are on the top. Thank you for your hard work.
