if you want to sell your gold don't go there. It took an act of god to get only $32 for one of my rings. they practically wanted to know everything about my life. where i was born. that is completely irrelevant, and where i work. Not happy at all . i will never go there again or recommend anyone to go there. My jewelry was worth much more what they wanted to give. 1,000 engagement ring they wanted to give me $30. A true slap in the face.
My mother just walked in there and waited for someone to acknowledge her, two people were just sitting and talking. She obviously just walked out. Maybe they should work on their customer service.
The staff we encountered, Adi and Miriam, seemed eager to have an argument, not provide service. Watch out for a nasty 15% charge on returns, even if you return in perfect condition. We took our business elsewhere.
