This particular Kohl's branch is a disaster. The store will lure you in with all its promotions and sale signs, but it's so badly organized that you will find yourself paying full price on half your items once at the register because everything is consistently misorganized.
I Just Love Kohl's. Great Deals. Awsome selection on clothes and gifts. Love getting coupons and Kohl's bucks. Staff is very friendly and accommodating.

There were a lot of special offers there, which is good, but why would they even have the original prices so high to begin with. Also the women's section is 3/4 of the store, while the men's is less than a forth. Not a good place for men too shop as they don't even carry men's sunglasses, while they have 6 racks of women's sunglasses.
Shame on you.
With that said, the cashiers are attentive and polite. I've had great experiences with the customer service attendees as well; however, one of the managers (a woman in her 50s) is incessantly rude to myself and other customers. Because of her, I have stopped purchasing at this location and will NOT return until management is replaced.
The store is super neat is very easy to shop, Personnel is very friendly and they're always willing to help you. Their return policy as long as you have the receipt is good. The manager always make sure people don't wait in crazy lines when paying or customer service. Manager will always try to make the customer happy when there's any price discrepancy, I have no complaints with this store.
