I love Ross. The prices are great. The selection is very good. The cashier was pleasant. I had a good shopping experience.

What a nightmare. Two cashiers with a crowded busy store. they have more security guards in the store then actual cashiers. The lines are so long you're waiting about a half an hour. Customers get impatient, irritable, they start to argue with one another, and they leave the store unhappy. There are no managers around, and the two cashiers are just working their butts off so you can't get mad at them. There was one employee, a black female with long dark hair glasses and she was flirting with the security guard the entire time. I wouldn't go back there if they're giving stuff away. Ross stores are getting worse and worse and pretty soon there's going to be more people stealing from them than buying because the good paying customers will not go back.

The problem is the same in the majority of the Ross stores in our area, in the radius 15 miles. The cashiers are so slow and you never can find anybody to help you.
