My experience with autoNation Honda was the best experience ever, as I have warranty on my car the first time I showed up there to get a new battery. They checked the miles I did not have to pay nothing Rocky and Tameka explained to me my warranty already cover that, but I would have that issue every year unless I am willing to pay an extra for the sensor. They made the mechanic check every parts of the car I didn’t have to pay nothing. I got the best experience with them, since then I won’t go to any other dealership either advisor, they provided me the best service I never wanted. I went in on Sunday and traded my car in for a 2017 Honda Civic.I worked with Raphael and then Maria to sign the paperwork. I must say it was truly a pleasant experience.Raphael was extremely patient and helpful in helping me pick a car. In addition he always told us exactly what he was doing and got us an excellent deal, definitely made th long process well worth it. Maria was also very friendly and quick in processing the paperwork. Overall a great experience and I would definitely recommend this Honda.
