The staff was friendly enough, and they have a one hour refund policy. This is good, since we took the refund to go somewhere else. As first time travellers to this area we were unaware of the location. It is in a low income neighborhood, on the edge of a major road which is undergoing construction. There is no perimeter fence- it literally opens it into the public roads in all four sides. The "tent sites" consist of a cigarette butt strewn lawn in-between a couple of the cabins (which are more like low rent motel rooms). The two sites combined are about fifteen by twenty feet, so you will really get to know your neighbor. There is zero shade on the sites, so you will not be able to be in your site after sunrise or before dark, and the neighborhood is not one I would recommend being in after dark. There are several county Parks with camping for the same rate or less. We went to easterlin park and had a great experience.
Super tight small sites. Worth it for Miami visiting only. No other reason to be here.
My site was a buddy site it's where your door to door with other site very very tight an uneven gravel was not asked was my rv a 50 amp in which it was an was put onto a 30 amp . Oh my gosh the bathrooms were soooooo HOT HOT no AC WHEN LEAVING TRASH bin was over full so trash bags was on the ground flies bugs an it was smelly. Pulling out of site to leave was a nightmare trucks in front had to cut very hard back up move fire pit . All I have to say is any camper over 30 it's a challenge for pulling in an out of sites customer service needs to ask all rvers what amp there rv is an describe to the customer there layout of there site that there going to put them on an let customer decide if they want that site or not since honestly it's the customer whose PAYING
Great location. It’s small but they are really investing in their park. All new pavers, fire rings and grills. Patio sites. A lot of work being done. Friendly staff. Going back for New Year’s Eve with a group and looking forward to it. Thanx pay for all your help.
