GG's Water front bar and grill is a great place to go for their Sunday brunch. I have been there twice now, once for a Mother's Day brunch and the other time for their regular Sunday brunch. Both times the service and food were excellent. It's located right across the way from Hollywood Beach and they also have a great view on their docks of the waterway and you can enjoy all of the beautiful boats passing by. Even though area its self is not very large even on a busy brunch day it doesn't feel over crowded. The selection of food during their brunch is great something for everyone, even the picky eaters. It is a very clean establishment and the staff are always very pleasant and accommodating. It's well worth the $75 for brunch and includes a mimosa or champagne. Great place to take company from out of town for a memorable experience
Food was good but a bit pricey. The waiter was nice, but had a strong accent and spoke very softly. We kept asking him to repeat himself, but eventually gave up, so there would be times when he'd bring some bread to the table, say several sentences, we'd smile appreciatively, he'd leave, and we'd discuss it. Usually between the three of us, we'd have understood a syllable. (We do not have hearing problems.).
This was the first stop on my self made Water taxi food tour. I had originally been next door, but it didn't have the right vibe for Me. I sat at the bar and enjoyed a sunset martini while I looked over the happy hour menu. The bartender, Danielle, was wonderfully welcoming, she removed the orange liqueur from the sunset martini for me and added something else. It was wonderfully refreshing without being too sweet. I chose the Florida steamers after a bit of thought, even thought I was concerned they might be a bit heavy for my first stop on my foodie tour, but they were so light and delicious it was exactly what I wanted even though I didn't know I wanted them. The flavors were so complex and complimentary that the clam still had the front stage and they were the amazing back up dancers. I would definitely recommend this place
Beautiful romantic bay front seating. Denilo our waiter was awesome and gave great suggestions for what to do around town. I got laid real quick after dinner here. Highly recommend.
Beautiful location with seating on the patio right on the intracoastal waterway. The service was very good. I saw at least eight different staff members providing service just to the tables on the patio. The menu offered a number of choices of seafood and meat, and the food was prepared well and not overcooked.
Also, be careful where you sit when the sun is low in the sky (at least evening) - it shines straight in and the shades are left up.
